Location: Portland International Raceway, exit 306B off Interstate

Date: June 25, 2011.
Cost: _ $10 gate entry, under 12 and uniformed military free,
no charge to
swap, vend, show. Additional fees apply to road racing, motocross,
scooter racing and parade laps.

Event
Schedule – Portland Vintage Classic
7:00 a.m._ Gates Open ($10 entry, under 12 and uniformed military
free).
8:00 a.m._ 2-Wheel Swap Meet begins.
9:00 a.m._ Road Race, Scooter and Motocross practices begin.
11:00 a.m._ Hammer and Tongs Motocross Races begin.
11:05 a.m._ OMRRA Motorcycle Road Racing begins.
11:20 a.m. PSRA Scooter Races begin.
Noon Vintage Motorcycle Parade Laps occur, Bike Show Entries
Close.
12:30 p.m. Moped “Qatar” Races begin.
2:00 p.m. Vintage Bike Show awards given.
2:30 p.m._ Moped Gymkhana.
5:30 p.m._ Racing concludes.
6:00 p.m._ Racer awards.

Motorcycle
Road Races – OMRRA Vintage Classes
Time:_ 7:00 a.m. registration, 9:00 a.m. practice, 11:00 a.m. racing

What:_ Oregon Motorcycle Road Racing Association championship races
with emphasis on Vintage classes.
Where:_ Inside pits, Portland International Raceway.
Cost: Per OMRRA rules, OMRRA or similar road race license required.
Gear:_ Must pass technical inspection including bike, gear, helmet.
Classes: Pre-’68 250cc, Pre-’68 500cc, Pre-’73 Open

Scooter
Racing - PSRA
Time:_ 7:00 a.m. registration, 9:00 a.m. practice, 11:20 a.m. racing

What:_ Pacific Scooter Racing Association championship races.
Where:_ Outside pits, drag strip area, Portland International Raceway.
Cost:_ Normal $10 gate entry plus $25.
Gear:_ Must pass technical inspection including boots, gloves, full
coverage leathers (two piece ok, must zip), back protector, and full
face helmet Snell 2000 minimum.
Classes:_ Open to all, 2-stroke and 4-stroke

Swap
Meet – 2-Wheel Items Only
Time:_ Gates open 7:00 a.m., selling begins 8:00 a.m., closes 3:00 p.m.
Where:_ Outside pits, Portland International Raceway.
What:_ Road Motorcycle, Motocross, Scooter, and Moped parts and gear.
2-Wheel oriented items only please.
Cost:_ Free to sell with gate entry to the event.

Motocross
Races – Hammer and Tongs MX
Time:_ 7:00 a.m. registration, 9:00 a.m. practice, 11:00 a.m. racing

What:_ Vintage motocross races organized by Hammer and Tongs MX.
Where: Motocross track, inside pits, Portland International Raceway.
Cost: $25/class, Hammer and Tongs membership required.
Gear:_ Must pass technical inspection including bike, gear, helmet.
Classes: Vintage Pre-‘74, Evolution ’75-80.

Judged
Vintage Motorcycle Show – Road bikes, Motocross, Scooter
Time:_ Entries accepted 9:00-noon. Awards 2:00 p.m.
Where:_ Outside pits near bleachers, Portland International Raceway.
Cost:_ Free to enter with gate entry to the event.
Classes:_ All pre-1980: Best British, Best European, Best Asian, Best
American, Best Scooter, Best Motocross, President’s choice. Contact:_

Parade
Laps – Vintage Motorcycles Pre-‘80
Time:_ Tech Inspection 10:30-noon, Parade Laps 12:15 p.m.
Cost:_ $10 donation to OMRRA Injured Rider Fund.
What: Pre-1980 motorcycles guided on track at PIR.
Tech:_ Bike must pass inspection with motor running. Zero fluid drips,
good tires, functioning brakes and proper throttle return required.
Gear:_ Must pass technical inspection including boots, gloves, long
sleeve jacket, long pants, full-face helmet.
Speed:_ Regulated by OMRRA lead riders. These are parade laps, not
racing. Bike must be safely capable of 70 mph.
Laps:_ Four full laps of Portland International Raceway.
